1.Why do I need an appraisal?

Customers purchase appraisals for variability of uses. In some cases, government agencies, bankruptcy courts, or banks require an appraisal by an independent, third party appraiser. A third party appraisal offers an unbiased estimation of value that is useful for defining sale price, disputing property taxes, defininginsurable value, and other uses. Properly performed USPAP-certified appraisals meet the strict necessities of bank lending and tangible personal property tax valuation.
